Delivery Coverage

We deliver worldwide. You will be able to select your shipping options during check-out. Due to Covid-19, shipping options are updated regularly and if you have any questions please email us at shop@luminocandles.com.

Delivery within Toronto and GTA

We deliver for free within Toronto and most parts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). If your order qualifies for free delivery, you will notice this automatically updated during the checkout process. Type your shipping address and click 'Continue to Shipping' you will then notice 'Free local Delivery' as the default selection under your Shipping Method.

Delivery within Canada

We use Canada Post for delivering all orders in Canada.

When will I receive my order

We understand the importance of getting your order fast and safe. Once your order is received by us, we generally make, pack and ship your product within 4 to 5 business days. Once it is handed over to the postal services, it goes through their delivery timeline. If you need the products by a certain time, please send us an email to shop@luminocandles.com and we will try as much as possible to meet the timeline.

Shipping Costs

We constantly try and get the best discounts that are possible. Shipping costs are determined based on the weight and package size for your order and are automatically displayed at checkout.

Returns

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase please let us know using the 'Contact Us' page (or) email shop@luminocandles.com within 7 days of receiving the item and we will refund your purchase. The refund will exclude the shipping fee or delivery fee, if any, that was incurred.

What if my order is damaged on arrival

We take every effort to make sure that you receive your order at the right time and without damages. However, once we hand it over to postal services, we have very little control of the outcome and mistakes do happen. If you received a damaged order, please send us a photo to shop@luminocandles.com and we will make the product again at no extra charge. Shipping charges are additional.

Custom Orders

We always welcome a custom order. Please send us an email to shop@luminocandles.com and we will start coordinating with you to deliver what you envision.
